Corporate History
Established in January 1999 as a spin-off of the multi-billion dollar GVC Corporation, GVision designs, engineers, and manufactures a full range of LCD display products for multiple markets.
At the end of 2000, Taiwan SM Corporation became the prominent shareholder of GVision granting the company more flexibility and increased capital.
For maximum possible efficiency, headquarters then combined the administrative office and production lines under one roof located in Taipei County, Taiwan with US operations based in Lake Forest, California and German operations based in Munich. GVision has a total of five production lines located in China and Taiwan, with assembly lines located in Germany and the US. All facilities are ISO-9002 certified and employ over 200 people worldwide.
GVision is a well-known brand in the LCD display industry, even though GVision!|s 100 products are sold in over 50 countries. Products include LCD desktop displays, touch screens, open-frame displays, LCD TVs, and panel PC!|s. Our sales strategy is a proven success because we have been able to make contact with business partners worldwide. They include vertical system makers, vertical system integrators & vertical component distributors. These markets include point-of-sale, POI (Kiosks & public displays), transportation, medical, financial, industrial sectors, government, corporate implementation, and SOHO markets.
